How to take accurate Basel Body Temperatures?

1.The Basel Body Temperature(BBT)measurements should be taken orally for 5 minutes in the case of keeping the BBT chart.
2.Take your temperature immediately after waking up,before getting out of bed.Do not eat or drink anything or start moving around before taking your temperature.
3.As far as possible,take your temperature at approximately the same time each morning.
4.Place the thermometer's sensing in the same location when taking the temperature each time.
5.Do not open your mouth while taking your temperature orally.Avoid breathing through the mouth.
6.Record the reading on the BBT chart after measurement.
